Client Responsibilities and Obligations

As our client, you agree to:

Intellectual Property and Ownership Rights

• Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project
• Webpenter retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• We reserve the right to showcase your project in our portfolio (unless confidentiality is agreed)
• Third-party software and libraries are subject to their respective licenses
• Source code ownership transfers upon final payment completion
• We may use generic project learnings for future client work

Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously and commit to:

• Maintaining confidentiality of all proprietary client information
• Signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) when requested
• Implementing secure data handling and storage practices
• Limiting access to project information to authorized team members only
• Not disclosing sensitive business information to third parties
• Complying with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA)

Limitation of Liability

Important limitations regarding our liability:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
